Our payment and refund terms

Payment terms are discussed at the time of estimate and agreed upon before work begins. We typically require a deposit to secure your project date, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled start date, your deposit will be fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
Cancellation by Locklear Painting: In the rare event we need to cancel your project, you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid.
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with the completed work, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary corrections.
If a dispute arises, we encourage open communication to find a resolution. Please contact us directly to discuss any issues with your project.
